Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Not marked as final sale (if applicable)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, contact us and we’ll sort it quickly.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it fast.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For wearable items (e.g. activewear), this includes stretching, fabric pilling, or damage from washing incorrectly.


For electronic devices (e.g. LED hair growth devices), this includes damage from incorrect charging, moisture exposure, or physical impact.



5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

7. Shipping for Warranty Claims
